If for any reason you would like to return an item(s), we offer 14 day no quibble money back guarantee policy. Just return the product within 14 days of delivery and we will refund the price of the product. Hairtub is not responsible for any shipping/postage costs associated with sending, returning orders. Please note all discounted or SALE items are final unless the product is faulty. Unfortunately, Hairtub is unable to accept any returned items after 14 days of the order being received by customers.
Hairtub is UNABLE to accept any product/merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, coloured, cut or washed) in any way or products that have been removed from the cable ties. According to the Health and Safety Regulation, human hair products that have been used cannot be returned. This includes removing the hair from the bundle. Hairtub adhere to strict policies regarding the return of hair, hygiene concerns and the law. If the product us unwanted, please return the product unopened in its original and resalable condition.
Hairtub will thoroughly examine returned products. If the product has been returned unused and is in its original condition, Hairtub will process your refund. Please note that refunds can take up to 7 working days to show on your bank statement (dependent on your bank)
Hairtub Exchanges
At its sole discretion, Hairtub may agree to customers exchange products or portions of a product under the following conditions: Applications must be made within 14 days of receiving the product (s). Any exchange request after 14 days will not be accepted.

To process an exchange, the desired product would be sent back at customers’ expense. This should be returned through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation. Hairtub will not be responsible for any lost packages. Once the product has been received, it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value. Please note, customers will be required to cover the difference if exchanged for a greater value and the shipping costs. Please be advised, exchanged items are usually shipped within 1-3 working days upon receipt of shipping payment.
